Contact Our Senators: Send a Thank You, Demand More

We heard from Senators Klobuchar and Smith that the calls they are receiving make a difference. They use these calls as talking points with their colleagues and on the Senate floor. The bottom line is THEY NEED US! They said that what is going on now is NOT what Trump voters anticipated and to keep those conversations going.

We saw some strong resistance from Democrat Senators last week to Trump’s power grab through cabinet appointees, especially that of Russell Vought for Director of Office of Management and Budget. Both Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Tina Smith (D-MN) participated in the 30 hour talk-a-thon on the Senate floor that delayed the confirmation vote.

Next up: Say thank you and ask our Senators to vote NO on all of Trump’s nominees and to use parliamentary guerrilla tactics to slow, stall, and obstruct at every turn to defy Trump’s agenda.
