Our Vision: Our vision is to be a leader in the greater St. Croix River Valley as an engaged, diverse and expanding grass-roots organization advocating for progressive values, both socially and politically, for the purpose of fostering a democracy that works for all.
Our Mission: The mission of St. Croix Indivisible, as a local group of the national Indivisible movement, is to defend and advocate for social and racial justice in our community. We will achieve our mission by empowering and electing progressive leaders who represent our shared values evidenced by policies that insist upon inclusion and equity for the marginalized and closing the economic achievement gap, that strengthen our democratic infrastructure, and that protect our natural world. Consistent with our indivisibility, we strive to maximize impact through unified group action and collaboration with organizations that support our mission.

Issue Teams
The Issue teams are advocates for a specific area of interest, such as climate, health justice, or immigrant rights. They seek to influence policy that is centered on creating a democracy that works for us all and leads to long-term policy change. They support our mission by focusing on protecting the marginalized and the most vulnerable in our society.
Organization Support Teams
The support teams are the people who do the essential work that keeps the organization going. They support the organization’s mission by determining the direction and focus of the organization, organizing events, developing communications, ensuring the financial health of the organization, maintaining the advocate list, recruiting new advocates, and more.
Action Teams
The action teams take action in our community to build collective purpose and advocate for change. They stage rallies and protests, write letters to voters and their representatives, take on institutions and organizations that fail to uphold democratic principles, and/or seek to elect leaders with values consistent with our mission.
Coalitions & Partnerships
St. Croix Valley Indivisible will collaborate with other organizations whose objective is consistent with ours. These may include other local Indivisible groups, as well as other local, state, and national organizations.

Brought together by a practical guide to resist the Trump agenda, Indivisible is a movement of thousands of group leaders and more than a million members taking regular, iterative, and increasingly complex actions to resist the GOPs agenda, elect local champions, and fight for progressive policies.
We make calls. We show up. We speak with our neighbors. WE organize. And through that work, we’ve built hundreds of mini-movements in support of their local values.
