Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has escalated a disturbing pattern in the past two months. ICE is allegedly targeting and forcibly disappearing international students, professors, lawful permanent residents, and others on valid visas, in many cases, without following due process.

This isn’t about public safety. It’s about testing just how far the government can go without pushback. This is a crisis, and it demands a bold response.

State Attorneys General have both the authority and the responsibility to defend residents against federal overreach. Let your Democratic Attorney General (AG) know you are looking for their leadership on this issue.

Minnesota’s Attorney General Keith Ellison is a great example of what this should look like. He has consistently used the full scope of his role to defend Minnesotans from unconstitutional federal overreach. When you contact AG Keith Ellison, thank him and ask him to keep up the pressure.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison: (651) 296-3353 (Twin Cities Calling Area) or (800) 657-3787 (Outside the Twin Cities)

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul: (608) 266-1221
